Cutting-edge Technology Meets the
Old Fashion Birthday Card.
Of course,
all of us understand the value of sending birthday
cards.
It benefits both the sender and
recipient. It strengthens the bonds of friendship.
Fundamentally, a birthday card expresses your level of caring
better than any other form of written communication.
Yet, somewhere between
choosing and buying the card, writing the message, affixing the stamp and
putting the card in the mail, our resolve gets diverted to more critical life
challenges.
Have you ever left a
birthday card (in the shopping bag)
under the car seat until after
someone's birthday has passed?
What if you could send a
photo-quality birthday card through the mail to any church member (adult or
child) in about the time it takes to read this
page?
This is a straight forward, yet
powerful, concept. It requires no new software on your part, simply an Internet
connection.
In Basic
Terms, This Is How Our System Works
First, type the the name
and address of the recipient.
(This takes about a minute and
becomes a permanent record.)
Click “Send Card” and choose a birthday card.
Write the message.
Finally, click a button and send a photo-quality birthday card
(through the mail), in your own handwriting if you choose.
You are done.
The greeting card company
prints the birthday card, stuffs the envelope, puts on a first class stamp and
mails the card for you.
That is
almost the best part.
In addition —
You can upload the entire church list in about 4 minutes.

Our system never lets you forget a birthday. A reminder pops up —
“Joan Johnson’s daughter, Jill, has a birthday in 7 days.”
In fact (and this part is simply amazing), you can even schedule all
the birthday cards as much as a year in advance. The greeting card company
prints and mails the cards on your schedule.

Did we mention that you can send the card in your own handwriting and
add your signature?
By the way, sending this top-quality card costs less than a
dollar, plus postage — less than half the average greeting
card.
We hope you enjoy this page. It goes to the heart of this
concept.
Sometimes we need to reach out and touch someone - in ways they can hold in
their hands~
Beyond Birthdays

Few of us would argue that
the world today is different then we expected. Extraordinary endings
and beginnings have become more prevalent, even commonplace today — divorce,
career change, relocation, dislocation, birth,
death….
As a church leader —
besides sending birthday cards — why should you care about a silly little
greeting card service?
To
answer this question, ask yourself — are there times when a quick
greeting card could enhance your face-to-face contact with members of your
church?

Example #1: After counseling with a distraught parent,
what if she received a nice card in the mail from you, assuring her that you are
glad she counseled with you?
Example #2: After visiting a sick or disabled member of
the church, what if you sent an inspirational card to let him know that he
remains in your thoughts?
Example #3: A new birth blesses a church family. What
if you sent a card to congratulate the parents?
Example #4: A young man or woman graduates from school,
wins an award or achieves distinction in some endeavor. It takes you about a
minute to let them know that you share in the joy of their accomplishment.

Example #5: You send a card to a family you haven't seen
for a while, simply to let them know you care.
Keep in mind that once you upload
the church list to the “Contact Manager,” sending one of over 2000 greeting
cards is almost as easy as making a note in your “day
planner.”
Except for
composing your message, these four steps take most people about a minute:
Step One: Find your contact in the “Contact
Manager” and click “Send Card.”
Step Two: Choose a card.
Step Three: Type the message. Your
recipient’s address and your address are already displayed.
Step
Four: Click
“Send Card.”
Process complete. Card sent.
The greeting card company
prints the card (in your handwriting and signature if you choose), stuffs the
envelope, puts on a first class stamp and mails the card for you, the next day
or whenever you schedule the card to be mailed.
Unless you upload a photo to be
printed inside the card, cards cost less than a dollar.
Now, we just have one more thing to
show you.
Can this technology help you with your church stewardship?

The Great Experiment
All of us know the power of
greeting cards.
They are the only mailed correspondence that always
provide comfort, encouragement, congratulations or other good
tidings.
For good reason, a greeting card is
the first piece of mail anyone opens.
In fact, there are at least
10 people in your life who would love to receive a birthday card, an anniversary
card, a get-well-soon card or a congratulations card this week — from
you.
Let us
suggest an experiment.
Step
#1: Go out
today and purchase 5 greeting cards at the mall or local card shop.
Write the message, address the envelope, attach the stamp and mail the cards.
(You may need to schedule up to an hour for this part of the
experiment.)
Step
#2: Contact us and let us set up a sample account for
you.
Send 5 greeting cards using our system. The greeting card
company will print the card, include your message, address the envelope and mail
the cards for you.
In a few
days, call the recipients to make sure they received the
cards.
You will
discover one very common reaction — without exception, the people who received
your cards appreciate your thoughts and efforts.
In other
words, the experiment was worth your time and improved (in a small way) the
lives of others.
However, utilizing our system takes one sixth the time (or less)
and costs much less than half.
Please, contact us and let
us set up a sample account for you, so that you may experiment a little with
this service.
We would also be happy to send you
the free DVD that explains this service in detail, just ask, and send me your
mailing address.
